Caterpillar
5 RITZ Crackers
2 tsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. grape jelly, or any other flavor
10 pieces (1 inch each) shoestring licorice
2 small round candies
SPREAD
3 of the crackers with peanut butter; spread the remaining 2 crackers
with jelly.
ARRANGE
crackers alternately on serving tray to resemble caterpillar, overlapping
crackers slightly.
DECORATE
with shoestring licorice and candies for the "caterpillar's legs,"
"antennae" and "eyes."

Veg-All
Casserole
2 cans Veg-all
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can sliced Water Chestnuts (optional)
1 cup Mayonaise
2 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 stick butter
2 pkg. of Ritz Crackers
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine
Veg-all, cream of mushroom soup, mayo, onion, cheese and water chestnuts.
Crush the Ritz crackers and brown them in melted butter.
Place mixture in a casserole dish and cover with Ritz cracker topping.
Cook at 350 F for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Great the next day, too!

Broccoli Casserole
3 pkg (30oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
3/4
lb.(12oz.) Pasteurized Prepared Cheese, cut up

RITZ Crackers, coarsely crushed, divided
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix broccoli, Pasteurized
Prepared
Cheese and half of the crushed crackers until well blended.
SPOON
into 2-quart baking dish. Mix remaining crushed crackers and butter; sprinkle
over broccoli mixture.
BAKE
45 minutes or until heated through.

Broccoli
Casserole
2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 egg
Ritz crackers
Cook
broccoli as directed on package.
Drain and mix with remaining ingredients,
except crackers.
Put in a casserole dish and top with crumbled Ritz crackers.
Bake for 1 hour at 350-degrees.

Squash Casserole
1
sm. summer squash, unpeeled,sliced into thick rounds (crookneck)
1 sm. zucchini, unpeeled,sliced into thick rounds
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup butter or margarine (or less, to taste*)
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 cup sweet onions, chopped
2 large eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups cooked hot white rice
1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
salt and pepper
Cook
sliced squashes in a small pot with the water
until tender but not mushy; drain and return squash to the pot.
Add butter and allow it to melt
in the pot and saute all together for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally,
over medium to medium-low heat.
Meanwhile, spray a large depp skillet with nonstick spray and cook the
beef and onions.
Drain any fat, then season meat mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the squash to the beef using a slotted spoon, and reduce heat to low.
Beat together eggs, then whisk in mayo- add this mixture to the skillet.
Stir in the chese and the cooked rice.
Pour into a large oval casserole and sprinkle with enough cracker crumbs
to cover.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for about 15-20 minutes.

Tuna Noodle Casserole
6
oz Egg Noodles; Medium
2 tablespoons butter
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Onion; Finely Chopped
1/4 cup Pimiento; Sliced
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper
1 cup Celery; Chopped
6 1/2 oz. Tuna;
Drained And Flaked *
15 Ritz Crackers; **
Parsley For Garnish
*
An additional 3 oz can of Tuna can be added for a meatier casserole. **
Ritz crackers (15 = Half a Stack) should be broken but not crumbled.
Cook
noodles in salted water; drain. Coat with butter. Preheat oven to 425
degrees F. In a large saucepan, mix soup, milk, sour cream, salt, onion,
pimiento, pepper, and celery. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently,
for 15 minutes. Add tuna. Combine with noodles and pour into 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle top with ritz crackers. Bat 20 to 25 minutes. Granish with parsley
before serving.
Makes
enough for 6 hungry men (6 servings).

Cracker Chicken Casserole

hen, cooked & cut up
4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. celery
1 small onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. American (Velveeta) cheese
4 c. Ritz crackers
The
night before combine first 4 ingredients.
Just
before you get ready to cook casserole add remaining ingredients except
1 cup Ritz crackers.
Sprinkle Ritz on top of casserole.
Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
